Prime Air present in “Bom Preço Samba” work

The Seabra Group was awarded the globally specialties of HVAC, Industrial Refrigeration, Electricity, Plumbing and Construction of “Bom Preço” store in Samba.

Prime Air is responsible for the implementation and adaptation of existing facilities to new functional building program, with an area of ​​950 m2 which includes lobby, sales area, maxi grill area, preparing fresh, bakery, beverage chamber, warehouse, technical area, sanitary facilities, social areas, office and changing rooms for officials.

Generally will be executed HVAC systems to control temperature and ventilate areas with permanent occupation. The heat and cold central production will be performed using the HVAC units like “Roof Top” with direct expansion batteries, and associated ductwork. The “Bom Preço” store is scheduled to open the first quarter of 2014.
